For those  who are new to powerlifting- last week we were taught how to bench, squat, and deadlift the right way. This is now the second week of powerlifting. We are able to go on our own and if the coaches see something wrong with our position or the way we lift something, they will help us fix it so we learn how to become better and stronger.

Our first competition is January 27th, 2018. Everyone involved is looking forward to this meet. For some, this is their first meet, making them nervous, but everyone is working really hard toward their goal.
