The Bulldog Bountiful Blessing Dinner was arranged for students, parents and community members to come and receive a delicious homemade meal free of cost. Although the turnout wasn’t as many as expected, Mrs. Hartman had a beautiful dinner prepared for everyone that came. Room 304 was decorated with Christmas colors and a fire place burning over the projector to help put everyone in the Christmas spirit.

I felt honored to be serving the food and was glad I could be there to help for the occasion. The food options were endless. There was: ham, turkey, macaroni and cheese, meatballs, beans, corn, stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy. There was also pumpkin pie for dessert, and cookies that the kids could decorate with as much frosting and sprinkles as they wanted. There ended up being plenty of leftovers so all the families were able to take tons of food home with them. Everyone was very respectful and thankful for the food, and the kids seemed to be having a great time coloring pictures, decorating cookies and just chasing around after each other. I think the event ran very smooth and has great potential in the future.
